Posture Management

We use an integrated SaaS-based platform  to discover cryptographic entities across all of your endpoints, networks, and cloud assets. After the discovery process the tool helps us code, plan, drive, and validate your migration to quantum-safe cryptography across your digital enterprise.

Migration Planning

After assessing your cryptographic posture across your entire enterprise we help you prioritize assets and develop a multi-year roadmap.  And, working with your in-house point-of-contact, we evaluate vendors for implementing your migration roadmap.

Board Relations

A multi-year project that is resource-intensive needs clear communications about the goals, risks, and implementation expectations.  We help your in-house personnel develop the briefing materials on the progress of the program.   

Compliance Reporting

Highly regulated industries, such as banking and financial services, transportation and telecommunications, must routinely undergo audits and regulatory reviews.  Our documentation on program progress assists in these reviews.

Regular updates on project progress.

You cannot migrate what you cannot see. Most organizations know their certificate estate and little else. The exposure hides elsewhere: in application code, in library dependencies, in hardware modules, in protocols negotiated at runtime, and in vendor products you cannot inspect.


We scan source repositories, TLS and VPN configurations, certificate stores, firmware images, and cloud key services. We then interview the teams who own them, because automated scanning misses what is bought rather than built. The result is a single inventory of every algorithm, key, certificate, and protocol you depend on.

On Posture Management engagements you receive CBOMs in CycloneDX format,  a coverage report naming what we could not reach and why, and a gap list.

Preliminary Meeting & Assessment

We meet with your team to understand your digital estate and your risk priorities. We walk through your digital service platforms together to help us gain an understanding of your short term and long term needs. You leave with a clear idea of what "readiness" means for your organization.

Scoping & Contracting

We agree on scope, timeline, and deliverables in writing. We set milestones tied to your board's reporting calendar. It is critical that we have a named individual with authority to execute the program to engage with as our point of contact. You approve the final terms before any work begins. 

Project Execution & Reporting

Our team runs the assessment against your scored criteria and documents every finding. We deliver the scoring workbook, the gap analysis, and a prioritized roadmap with target dates. You gain a defensible evidence trail ready for your board and your regulators.
