Mission

A defensible migration plan in weeks, not quarters. Built on NIST and CNSA 2.0 guidance.

Cryptographic Posture Management

A mid-sized company sits in a tricky spot. Too small for a 12-person program office. Too complex for one person to handle alone.

The right model for cryptographic posture management and migration planning uses world-class tooling and a small core of experts to supplement your staff.
We build CTIN teams around our Quantum Readiness Program Managers (QRPMs) who work one-on-one with your designated point-of-contact.

World-Class Process

Our process is based on the Applied Quantum PQC Migration Framework developed by  PostQuantum.com.

This process is the generally accepted best practice for cryptographic posture management, PQC readiness assessment, and migration planning programs around the world.

Even small and medium sized firms need to make this transformation.  We are here to help you do it right.

Comprehensive Approach

Cryptography does not live in one place. It lives in seven, and each has a different owner, a different upgrade path, and a different vendor dependency. We work across all of them, because a migration plan that covers only TLS will miss most of your exposure.

Post Quantum Computing

Quantum computers will break today's encryption. Attackers do not need to wait. They can steal encrypted data now and unlock it later.  It is not a future problem. It is happening today.

Waiting is not a strategy. Standards are settled. NIST finalized ML-KEM, ML-DSA, and SLH-DSA in August 2024. Vendors will move on their own schedule, not yours. Boards that wait for certainty will run out of runway.

Start the Clock

Inventory your cryptography. Prioritize your critical systems. Build the multi-year budget your board needs to approve now.

The threat is real. The deadlines are close. The time to act is now.

 Deadlines are approaching.

Proactive Risk Management

Risk 1

Harvest Now, Decrypt Later

HNDL

Intruders harvest your data for later decryption.

Risk 2

Harvest Now, Forge Later

HNFL

Intruders harvest then forge your certificates, breaking the chain of trust.

Risk 3

Trust Now, Forge Later

TNFL

Certificate authorities are compromised leading to an entire infrastructure compromise.

Accomplishments

For more than 12 years, CTIN has worked across engineering, information technology, and cybersecurity disciplines. CTIN has built global partnerships in the U.S. and Europe, and it has developed frameworks that help organizations share threat intelligence. It has participated in open standards work, including STIX 2.1 and TAXII 2.1 at OASIS. CTIN has advised government and industry, trained teams for ISACs, ISAOs, and NATO, and supported security for the Olympics and World Cup through the Sports-ISAO program. Today, CTIN uses that same depth to help customers plan and carry out their move to post-quantum cryptography.
